Operator and agreement
JapanVPN is operated by Japan VPN Co., 159 5th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30332, United States. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the acceptable use policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
Service and availability
JapanVPN provides a WireGuard connection through a Tokyo endpoint on supported devices. Available releases are listed on the download page. Service speed, uninterrupted availability, IP reputation and access to third-party websites or streaming services are not guaranteed. JapanVPN is not affiliated with those services. You remain responsible for complying with their terms and applicable law.
Accounts and devices
Use an email address you control and keep your password, recovery links and enrollment codes private. An eligible subscription supports up to 5 enrolled devices. Device revocation and local app removal are separate from subscription cancellation.
Trial, billing and cancellation
The first eligible subscription includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the selected subscription automatically renews at $3.99 USD per month or $29.99 USD per year until canceled, plus any taxes shown at checkout. Cancel through your dashboard’s Manage billing before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Review the complete free-trial, cancellation and no-refund policy before subscribing. No repeat introductory trial is provided for a returning subscription.
Payment failures and suspension
A past-due payment receives the configured 3-day grace period. Access may be suspended after that period, for a disabled account, or for misuse or legally prohibited activity. Cancellation at period end preserves access through the recorded trial or paid-period end. We may suspend access promptly when needed to protect the service or comply with law; contact support to request review.
Privacy
The privacy policy and logging notice describe account, billing, device and operational data. JapanVPN makes no blanket no-logs promise.
Changes and legal rights
Material changes to these terms or renewal prices will be communicated before they apply. These terms are governed by Georgia law, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
