Seven-day free trial
Your first eligible subscription includes a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required. Checkout shows your chosen plan and the date billing starts. Returning subscriptions do not receive another introductory trial.
Charges and automatic renewal
After the trial, your subscription automatically renews at $3.99 USD each month or $29.99 USD each year, according to the plan you select, until you cancel. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your dashboard and billing portal show the next billing date.
Cancel before the trial ends
Sign in to your account dashboard, choose Manage billing, and cancel your subscription before the trial-end timestamp shown in the billing portal to avoid the first subscription charge. Closing the app, disconnecting the VPN, or uninstalling it does not cancel your subscription.
Cancellation after billing starts
You can cancel future renewal through Manage billing at any time. Access continues through the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not refund charges already made or unused time.
No voluntary refunds
JapanVPN does not offer voluntary refunds for initial subscription charges, renewals, unused time, or third-party compatibility. Use the free trial to check whether the service meets your needs. This policy does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, or the correction of erroneous charges.
Billing help
If you cannot access the cancellation controls, or believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@getjapanvpn.com. Never send card details, passwords, enrollment codes, or VPN private keys.
