JapanVPN is intended for lawful personal use. You are responsible for your activity, applicable laws and the terms of services you access.
Prohibited activity
- Unauthorized access, credential abuse, malware, phishing, fraud, harassment, exploitation or unlawful content.
- Spam, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized scanning, resource abuse or interference with other users.
- Infringement of privacy or intellectual-property rights, sanctions/export-control violations or other legally prohibited use.
- Resale, unauthorized credential sharing or bypassing account, device-limit or security controls.
Enforcement and review
We may investigate reports, restrict abusive activity, revoke devices or suspend accounts to protect the service or comply with law. We will provide notice when practicable; urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action. Request a review or report abuse at support@getjapanvpn.com. Required consumer rights remain unaffected.
